We designed and delivered a scalable Smartsheet project lifecycle management system for the furniture and architecture teams,
improving the existing intake/design request process and extending it into an end-to-end workflow from initial request through project completion.
The solution included forms, automated workflows, cross-department handoffs, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, dashboards/reporting,
calendar/timeline views, and backward scheduling from installation dates using lead times, with workflow structures adaptable to both furniture and architecture projects.
